Sculpt sculpt!

Boonhock came over to my place yesterday and did sculpturing with me. Got reminded again how fun it actually was to sculpt. 

Estimated time taken - 3 hours 30 minutes.

I think the nose too big... too square...

Done now, hmm just wonder how i can get this baked.

Knights in shiny armour

A series of knights i've made for a concept idea i am currently developing... 

Need to work on the amount on details in painting. I'm losing a lot of details everytime i paint straight onto the canvas. Estimated time taken for this first piece was about 6 hours. A little too long for a something with minimal colors.

This was fun to create. but the armor final look lacks density i find. seems like he mask looks like aluminum foils. =X Sketch straight on the canvas, i think i still do better with sketch on paper with pencils then straight onto canvas. 

What i've been doing since after ORDed...

Days are kinda... aimless... but well, theres plenty of things i need to do. Procrastination is my biggest enemy.

DANGER! GEAT DOUN!

Didn't really like the outcome of the second painting, so i modified the look to something less lit.

The pose can be better though. Since i already drew and scanned this, i was lazy to get a new one done up =S theres always a next sketch i guess. Was fun painting her and experimenting with a color tone picking technique. Theres still rooms to improve so i'll just keep trying it in the future pieces.
